You can talk about anything that’s on your mind, big or small. Some people come in with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship worries, family challenged, addiction-related concerns, or feeling stuck. Others aren’t sure what’s wrong, just that something doesn’t feel right. there’s no “right” topic. If it matters to you, it’s welcome here.

No referral is needed. You can book directly whenever you’re ready. If someone, a GP, school, workplace, or family member, suggested counselling you’re still in control of how and when you start.

Initial sessions are 75min for $135 and every session after is 60min for $105.
If you are a university student the initial session is $110 and every session after is $90, if you would like to access university rate, please provide your university ID card when paying for your session.

Yes. If you feel safer having a parent, partner, friend, or support person with you at the start, that’s completely okay.
Some people bring someone in for the few minutes, others prefer to come alone, we’ll follow your lead.

your first session is gentle, get-to-know-you conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like support with, and what feels most important right now.
You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. We move at your pace, check in often, and make sure you are feeling safe and understood.

This is completely up to you. some people come weekly while they’re working through something big, others come fortnightly or monthly for ongoing support.
We’ll Talk together about what feels manageable and helpful, there is no pressure or expectation.

Yes. What you share in counselling stays private, with only a few legal exceptions for safety. If anything like that ever came up, we would talk about it together first, so you’re never left in the dark.
